  Very disappointed in this restaurant as it is our favourite Italian my wife and I go at least twice a month. My wife wasn't very well so we couldn't go into the restaurant for valentines so thought I would surprise her and order her favourite dish and dessert using the takeaway service as it was our first valentines as husband & wife. I ordered the food at 6pm spoke to a lady at the restaurant informed her of the significance of my order and if they could deliver at 8:30pm. Then at 9:10pm received a phone call to say running late but food had left 10 minutes ago we only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. 9:40 still no food! So I call to be told food left ages ago and they don't know what is happening? 9:56pm I go to put our bins outside and the delivery driver is trying to deliver food to my next door neighbour!!!!!! Then to add insult our food is completely cold and my steak was over cooked and tough the fungi fritti were watery and cold my wife's dish was no better! The deserts were on top of main dishes so all the cream was watery! We put in the bin complete disaster and Frattello's ruined a very special occasion for us! I doubt very much whether we will ever go here again! either using the takeaway or going into the restaurant... why offer a takeaway service? you clearly cannot cope! Thank you Fratello's for ruining our night!

  Amazing food and staff. I tipped £10 only to learn today that the owner keeps the tips and nothing goes to the people. I'm incredibly disheartened, and very appalled.

  Nice evening out with the wife. Nice portion sizes and tasty. Very reasonably priced too.
