  Perfectly pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly on arrival, and have been nice every occasion since. The room is functional, not much more than the essentials, but the bathroom does the job and the bed in big and comfy. Ideal for what we needed it for. Limited free wi-fi though, and not walking distance to anything so a car is handy.

  The hotel looks ok until you get to your room. Small and dirty. Restaurant was terrible. Waited nearly an hour for cold steak. Wifi is not free unless you book direct. Premier Inn nearby is much nicer.

  Overall hotel is good value for money, with a few caveats. The rooms are functional, albeit rather small and could do with a refurbishment. Check in was friendly and the staff attentive. Food is fairly reasonably priced. Overall would recommend.
