  3hrs late! Very poor service!
  I placed my order in advance at 6.40pm to have it arrive between 7.55 and 8.10pm.
  I received confirmation that my food would arrive at 7.55pm.
  At 8.20pm I called to find out where my order was to be told it was on its way and should be with us within 10mins.
  A order was delivered to us at 8.55pm which was not our order,all it contained was 2 sag alloos,2 naan breads,and poppadoms.
  We orderd a set menu for 2,extra poppadoms and a calamari Balchao!
  I stopped the delivery driver to check she hasn't mixed it up with orders in her car but she assured me that she was given that one for us and none of the other orders contained mine.
  I phoned the restaurant again to ask where our food was,all he seemed concerned about Was what had I eaten,I kept telling him I haven't touched it and just want my food order.
  He assured me that the manager would be with me in 10 minutes with my correct order and a full refund.
  An hour later still no food! I phoned again to be told they couldn't remember what my order was so hasn't been done!
  Again after taking my order number assured me it would be with us by 10.30.
  At 10.15 they phoned me to ask what food I had orderd!
  At 10.55 our food eventually arrived but still missing our poppadoms and the wrong nann bread and no refund!
  By now we was too tired to eat and I had to do my children something else as it got too late for them and most of the food ended up in the bin!

  I have been going to this restaurant for about 2 years it is simply the best meal I have had at any Indian restaurant the service can be a little slow but you don't mind because u have time to enjoy your food and it's very very good value for money I recommend all of the specialties there amazing !
